Designation: Senior Manager

General/ Technical/ inter-personal skills:

- A degree in law from a reputed university with good academic record.
- Masters degree in IT Law.
- Post Graduate specialization in IT/ Tech law / services business is a must.
- Ability to handle uncertainty of a new business with dynamic requirements requiring good change management skills and ability to manage ambiguity
- Ability and willingness to take initiative, manage tight deadlines & deliver quality output in a fast-paced business environment, while parallelly setting up processes/ work flows around the business
- Good command over English.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in IT, IT services, SaaS, cloud & tech related companies is a must
- Prior experience of extensively having worked in / for India services business
- Willingness to travel to within India at short notice when required.
- Guide business, finance and related teams on this new line of business and be a good support and assurance for the Business Leader to enable proper decision making and performance improvement
- Develop global guidelines/ playbook for this new line of business from the Legal perspective

Contracts Experience:

- 10+ years’ experience in handling contracts end to end – drafting, negotiating,



risk profiling as per business needs and ability to communicate to business
- Ability to handle Techno-legal aspects
- Strong ability to identify, understand, assess, measure, negotiate and communicate risks / exposure around clauses relating to liability in tort, indemnification, damages, warranties, etc.,

- Working knowledge of contract management tools, abstraction of contracts, archival management. Prior knowledge of working with contract management tools thru the lifecycle of contracting – is a must.

- Good knowledge of working with Microsoft tools (word, excel, ppt etc.). Knowledge of AI enabled contracting will have a clear advantage.
- Ability to advise, guide and handhold business partners in the initial phase of this line of business
- Ability to interact and negotiate with internal and external business leaders, law firms, in-house counsel.
- Ability to close contracts from start to finish in good coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Should be able to coordinate in a complex multifunctional setting and get to closure.
- Must be able to provide periodic updates and engagement with internal business constituents on escalations and closures.
