Job Brief:

Job Summary We are actively seeking an expert Technical Lead Network & Security (L3) to assume a pivotal role in providing high-level technical direction and advanced support for our critical infrastructure. This position demands a focus on complex troubleshooting, advanced Switching & Routing configurations, and the seamless integration of emerging security technologies. As the senior technical resource within our operations team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the unwavering integrity, deep-level optimization, and continuous high availability of our global network infrastructure, including Wireless, SASE, and SD-WAN ecosystems. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities In this role, you will be at the forefront of tackling the most intricate network and security challenges. Your primary responsibilities include: Advanced Infrastructure Engineering: Lead the configuration and management of highly complex network architectures, with a heavy focus on Switching & Routing (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN) and robust Wireless solutions. Security Integration: Oversee the successful deployment and fine-tuning of cutting-edge security technologies, specifically SASE, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust frameworks. Operational Excellence: Maintain an impeccably stable global network by achieving optimal performance benchmarks and overseeing long-term capacity planning. Collaboration & Governance: Work extensively with cross-functional IT teams to provide critical guidance on technical direction, ensuring all deployments adhere to security best practices. Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and "over-the-shoulder" training to team members to elevate the overall team's technical capability and operational readiness. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in network and security roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior engineer capacity. Technical Expertise: Mastery of enterprise-level Switching & Routing, Wireless controller management,



and security technologies (e.g., Next-Gen Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SASE, and SD-WAN). Protocols: Expert knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DNS/DHCP. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Preferred Qualifications Cloud & Automation: Experience in cloud network security (AWS, Azure) and proficiency in scripting (Python, Ansible) for network and security automation. Certifications: Skilled-level certifications such as CCIE, CCNP Security, PCNSE, or CISSP are highly preferred. Operations: Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience with incident response or forensic analysis.
