Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong experience across multiple technology stacks to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack application development, cloud-native architecture, and technical leadership.

This role requires hands-on development, solution design, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence while building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development,



and delivery of scalable enterprise applications across multiple technology stacks.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for modern software solutions.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
- Build secure, high-performance, and maintainable software using modern engineering practices.
- Mentor and coach software engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, including software architecture, design patterns, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, database design, and system reliability.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, security guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in one or more backend technologies such as .NET / ASP.NET Core / C#, Java / Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed application architecture.




- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with GCP, Azure, or AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Knowledge of messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Exposure to DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
