- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in contract hiring or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
