Job Title: Area Head Professional Lighting
Locations: Chennai & Varanasi
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Experience Required: 5+ Years in Professional Lighting Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Head – Professional Lighting to drive business growth and strengthen market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project sales, channel management, and relationship building within the professional lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and market expansion for professional lighting solutions within the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and channel partners.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network to maximize market penetration.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagement activities to promote company offerings.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and collection targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Qualified Lighting Sales.
- Proven track record in project sales and channel management.
- Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
