Candidate Profile:

Candidate must have minimum of 2 year experience in handling STM Journals or Books.
Experience in copy-editing content as per the style specifications provided for journals or books.
Copyediting the document in line with the publishers language and style specifications
Through knowledge in CE house style/guidelines.
Experience in Style and Language Editing.
Editing the author s manuscript for grammar errors, spelling errors, punctuation errors, and clarity in the way sentences are framed
Understanding of Editorial Production process
Maintaining consistency and Quality throughout the content.
Meeting the specified deadlines with positive quality.
Language editing journal articles and books.




Standardizing the manuscript according to the book/ journal/ house styles.
Must have fluency in understanding the production flow.
The Language Editor is responsible for rephrasing and editing author manuscripts to global standards.
Excellent command over the English language and good editing skills, grammar, punctuation errors.
