YOUR TASKS :

Supplier Quality Responsibilities

- Assess and audit suppliers and define corrective actions (systems, processes, products, and control plans)

- Track audit findings and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions

- Plan supplier and product qualification and approval processes for the Electrical material group

- Support and execute prototype inspections and plan SAT activities

- Support and execute First Article Inspections (FAI)

- Define and track actions for prototype and first article deviations

- Effectively implement supplier quality transformation projects (eg, QASL, LPA)

- Support nonconformity and claim processes and agree on corrective actions with suppliers

- Monitor supplier process control and performance using KPIs

- Report supplier performance status to Global SQA on a regular basis

YOUR PROFILE:





- Technical background with a bachelor s or master s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field; training as a welding engineer is preferred

- Minimum of 7 years of skilled experience in comparable positions

- Knowledge of quality management methods (eg, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)

- Training in quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (eg, TV, Bureau Veritas)

- Convincing and professional manners toward both external and internal stakeholders

- Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; Power BI skills are preferred

- Knowledge of APQP / APQP for Wind, QASL, LPA, and FTR

- Excellent English language skills

- Willingness to travel
