We are hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers for a leading US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding medical claims.
- Handle denied, rejected, and unpaid claims to maximize reimbursements.
- Perform AR Follow-up and Denial Management activities.
- Analyze claim status and resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim activities.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance.

Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in AR Calling AR Follow-up Denial Management.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding is preferred.
- Experience in Acute Hospital Billing (Rural Health, Acute Care, SNF, etc.) is an added advantage.




- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (US Shift).

Shift Timing

- Night Shift (US Shift): 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
