Job Description Web Lead (React JS & OTT)Experience

- 5+ years in frontend/web development
- 12 years of team handling or lead experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end web application development using React JS
- Design scalable, performant, and reusable frontend architecture
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, QA, and Design teams for feature delivery
- Drive code quality, reviews, best practices, and development standards
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility
- Handle sprint planning, task estimation, and team coordination
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Work on OTT platform features such as content discovery, playback flows, subscriptions, watchlists, recommendations, and analytics integration





Required Skills

- Solid experience in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of Redux, Hooks, API integration, and state management
- Experience with responsive and cross-browser web development
- Knowledge of OTT/domain workflows and video streaming platforms
- Understanding of video players, DRM, adaptive streaming (HLS/DASH), and media integrations
- Experience with performance optimization and debugging
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Preferred male candidates.
