SAP BTP Work Zone Consultant (SAP Build Work Zone Standard / Advanced)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Work Zone Consultant to design, configure, and develop SAP Build Work Zone (Standard/Advanced) sites and workspaces that provide a role-based, personalized digital workplace experience for business users.

The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to onboard SAP and non-SAP applications, define content structures and navigation, implement security and authorizations, and drive user adoption. The role also requires hands-on experience with SAP BTP services including Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), XSUAA, Destinations, Connectivity, Cloud Connector, and related BTP landscape components.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement SAP Build Work Zone sites, pages, workspaces, and role-based content structures including:
- Spaces & Groups
- Navigation
- Cards & Widgets
- Integrations

- Configure launchpad content and application access, including:

- Catalogs
- Target mappings
- Tiles
- Cards
- Intents
- Navigation
- Integration with SAP Fiori applications and other enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into:

- Information architecture
- Workspace design
- User journey-based experiences

- Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications using SAP BTP services including:

- Destinations
- Connectivity
- Cloud Connector (where applicable)

- Ensure seamless end-user experience across integrated applications.
- Implement security and authorization concepts including:

- Role Collections
- Workspace assignments
- Authorization concepts
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS)
- Corporate Identity Providers (IdP)
- XSUAA

- Support:

- Personalization
- Theming
- Branding




- Content lifecycle management
- Governance of SAP Build Work Zone

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including:

- Design decisions
- Workspace configuration
- Catalog setup
- Runbooks

- Provide knowledge transfer and handover to support and operations teams.
