1) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE

POSITION : Electrician (Plant Maintenance)

REPORTING TO : Shift Supervisor

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Adhering to the workplace safety and the company policy
- Active participation in ensuring the workplace safety by eliminating unsafe condition and unsafe acts
- Implementing and maintaining 5S & KAIZEN
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records by collecting data from the production, utility equipments & breakdown data as per the instruction
- Ensuring the production lines, Quality and other equipments availability by corrective / breakdown maintenance
- Maintain all electrical equipments, panels & motors in neat & tidy condition installed in various locations of the plants
- Proper segregation of faulty components as repairable or irreparable
- Ensure protected operating condition by proper routing of cables, connections and switches
- Ensure proper utilisation of lights, fan, ACs & Compressed Air
- Read and interpret drawings, electrical code specifications and schematics in order to effectively troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment
- Provides guidance and direction to the subordinates
- Perform other various tasks as instructed by management
- Ability to use the measuring instruments and other tools for diagnosing and fault rectification
- Accountable for the tools & measuring instruments provided by company





2)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PLANT MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

POSITION : Shift-In-Charge (Plant Maintenance)

REPORTING TO : Engineer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Adhering to the workplace safety and the company policy
- Active participation in ensuring the workplace safety by eliminating unsafe condition and unsafe acts
- Implementing and maintaining 5S & KAIZEN
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records by collecting data from the production, utility equipments & breakdown data as per the instruction
- Close co-ordination with production team to achieve the production targets
- To carry-out improvements/modifications in production lines based on the failure analysis
- Ensuring the production lines, Quality and other equipments availability by corrective / breakdown maintenance
- Maintain all electrical & mechanical equipments in neat & tidy condition installed in various locations of the plants
- Inventory management & maximum utilisation of spares
- Proper segregation of faulty components as repairable or irreparable
- Imparting on the job training to the subordinates
- Perform other various tasks as instructed by management
- Ability to use the measuring instruments and other tools for diagnosing and fault rectification
- Accountable for the tools & measuring instruments provided by company
