Job Title: Reconciliation Developer / Senior Reconciliation Developer

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and support reconciliation solutions using tools like FIS IntelliMatch, DUCO, SmartStream TLM, Recon Frontier, AutoRek, or Gresham CTC
- Handle end-to-end reconciliation processes including Break Management and Exception Management
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects (SQL Server/Oracle)
- Work on reconciliation development, preferably with IntelliMatch (IMatch)
- Manage job scheduling using tools like AutoSys or Control-M
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Testing, Support) for successful delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex reconciliation and data issues




- Participate in SDLC processes including development, testing, deployment, and change management
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code packaging, and release management.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in reconciliation tools and platforms
- Advanced SQL skills (Joins, DDL, DML, Stored Procedures)
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and change management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end delivery
