Job Summary

LatentView Analytics is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology and analytics roles, with excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technology and analytics roles.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required Skills





- 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for IT, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital, or Engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in IT Services, Analytics, or Consulting organizations is an added advantage.
