- Collaborate with the Content Design Manager, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to gather content and understand learning requirements.
- Create storyboards and narration scripts by applying instructional design principles.
- Develop self-paced eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 in line with IRIS branding and publish courses in SCORM format.
- Record software demonstrations and develop product simulations using Camtasia or similar screen recording tools.
- Create knowledge checks, assessments and interactive learning activities to support learner understanding.
- Review learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality before stakeholder review.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and update learning content within agreed project timelines.
- Update existing learning content to reflect product enhancements,



feature releases, and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-2 years of experience in eLearning or digital learning content development.
- Hands-on experience developing SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360.
- Experience creating software simulations and screen recordings using Camtasia or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles, including storyboarding and assessment design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other multimedia tools is desirable.
