Role Summary

Support daily meeting room and event operations by ensuring meeting spaces are clean, well arranged, and ready for use. Assist employees and visitors during meetings and events while maintaining service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange meeting rooms before meetings and events.
- Set up chairs, tables, projectors, and event materials.
- Clean and maintain water bottles, glasses, crockery, and cutlery.
- Support office meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate with catering and other support teams.
- Welcome and assist employees and guests during events.
- Ensure meeting rooms and event areas are clean and organized.
- Assist in setup and cleanup activities after events.
- Handle movement of materials and supplies within the office.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE while working.




- Attend mandatory training sessions and daily briefings.
- Maintain grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Share daily consumption or usage details as required.

Requirements

- Minimum UG - Degree
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Ability to handle physical work and multitasking.
- Positive teamwork and customer service attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in office support, hospitality, housekeeping, or event support.
- Basic understanding of workplace hygiene and safety practices.

Work Schedule

- Shift-based operations.
- 365 days support as per business requirements.
