Job Summary

We are seeking experienced NX Die Design UAT Experts to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, analysis, and maintenance of Siemens NX-based CAD automation tools used in Stamping Die Design. The role involves testing automation workflows, troubleshooting issues, supporting NX upgrades, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve design automation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end UAT and regression testing of NX CAD automation tools.
- Analyze and validate automation logic against business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation-related issues.
- Document test results and collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain workflows, work instructions, and testing documentation.
- Understand legacy CAD automation logic and define automation opportunities in NX.
- Support NX software upgrades and maintain test reports.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and weekly project meetings.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong expertise in Siemens NX Die Design.
- Hands-on experience in NX Solid Modeling and Surface Modeling.




- Deep knowledge of Stamping Die Design and Sheet Metal Forming Technology.
- Experience in:
- Tandem and Transfer Line Die Design
- Die Structure Design
- Parametric Modeling
- Standard and Non-Standard Cam Drive Design

- Experience designing dies for:

- Hood Outer/Inner
- Door Outer/Inner
- Liftgate/Tailgate
- Body Side Outer/Inner
- Front Floor & Rear Floor
- Wheelhouse Inner
- Dash Panel
- Fender
- Sunroof Components

- Basic knowledge of:

- NX Die Planning
- 3D Process Development
- AutoForm / LS-DYNA Simulation Tools
- Exposure to CATIA, Teamcenter, and Vis Mockup tools is preferred.
