A qualified and skilled Maintenance Engineer/Technician with a strong engineering background to manage both Mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and breakdown-free operation of all plant machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance:

1. Perform Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown maintenance of pulverizer machines, including:

- Hammer Repacemant
- Linear replacement
- Equipment Alignment at regular intervals

2. Conduct bearing inspections and ensure proper lubrication and functioning

3. Monitor and maintain vibration-free operation of motors and machinery

4. Handle maintenance of:

- Pulverizer Mill
- Hoist cranes
- Electrical forklift
- Dock leveller
- Compressor & Air Dryer
- Silo & Pneumatics Conveying System.
- Packing Machine.

5. Ensure all machines operate without oil, air, or material leakage

6. Identify requirements for modifications or on-site repairs and execute accordingly

7. Maintain maintenance records and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Electrical Maintenance:

1.



Must hold a valid Class C Electrical Supervisor License (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board)

2. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs

3. Carry out routine maintenance of:

- PCC (Power Control Center) panels
- MCC (Motor Control Center) panels with PLC & VFD
- APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction) panels

4. Conduct regular checks for:

- Tightness of electrical connections
- Overheating or abnormal conditions in panels

5. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and practices

Skills:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in maintenance

• Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems

• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices

• Robust focus on safety and reliability

• Ensure zero/ minimal breakdowns through proactive maintenance
