Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Frontline Sales Executives to the Assistant Manager Level to join our sales team in Chennai. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead conversion, and assisting clients through the complete sales process from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and guide them through project details and site visits.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all Isha Homes projects.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Site teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital, referral, and channel partner sources.
- Participate in promotional events,



property expos, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain MIS reports and update the sales database regularly.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in sales negotiation and closing deals.
- Customer-centric approach with valuable presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting preferred.
- Candidates with own two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Chennai are desirable
