Are you an expert in Adobe InDesign who loves turning complex editorial content into stunning, flawlessly structured layouts? Do you have a passion for document accessibility and technical precision at scale?

If so, we want you on our team! We are looking for a highly efficient Production Designer to manage, execute, and scale our document design workflows.

What Youll Do:

- Template Execution & Scaling: Pour high-volume editorial text and visual assets into master Adobe InDesign templates. You’ll maintain, refine, and evolve paragraph/character styles for short and complex multi-page layouts (textbooks, reports, workbooks).
- Accessibility Compliance (WCAG & Section 508): Build accessibility features directly into layouts, ensuring correct reading order, semantic XML/HTML tagging, object anchoring, and screen-reader compatibility.
- Production Quality Control: Perform rigorous pre-flight checks to deliver technically flawless, print-ready, or digital-ready files while strictly guarding established typography, spacing, and brand guidelines.





What We’re Looking For:

- The Tools: Expert-level mastery of Adobe InDesign (advanced styles, book features, data merge, and interactive/accessible exporting), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Accessibility Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of PDF tagging, alt-text integration, and WCAG/Section 508 compliance workflows.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a production-heavy design setting (e.g., educational publishing, corporate reporting, or agency production).
- Attributes: Exceptional speed and accuracy with a proven track record of formatting high volumes of content without sacrificing technical quality.
