Role Descriptions:
Required
• Proficient in implementing and managing authentication system.
• Expertise of identity protocols, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc
• Hands-on experience in integrating identity platform with enterprise applications and services for authentication, SSO, MFA
• Experience working with authentication services such as ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID is an added advantage.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python is preferred.
• Understanding of observability tools and techniques. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support identity platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES*
• End-to-End Ownership:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and establish clear objectives.
o Ensure solution implementation adhere to all relevant standards, processes, and security protocols throughout the entire lifecycle.




o Provide engineering expertise to assist applications migrating from one identity platform to another.

- Automation:
o Automate software installation, build validation, resilience test using existing automation framework via CI/CD pipeline.
o Support operations team to automate routine tasks, operational processes, and incident response procedures to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
o Support testing team to implement automated testing and monitoring to ensure code quality, system stability, and adherence to service level objectives (SLOs), including database testing and performance testing.

- Observability:
o Champion observability best practices across the organization, advocating for instrumentation and telemetry at all levels of the stack.
o Utilize tracing tools to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures, including database-related issues.
o Proactively identify and address potential performance bottlenecks, reliability risks, and security vulnerabilities across the entire stack.
