- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for industrial machinery and equipment.
- Build solid relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CNC machines, machinery, and other related products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Job Requirements :
- 2-17 years of experience in industrial machinery & equipment sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, machinery sales, equipment sales, industrial automation systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
