- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to promote products or services to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO voice, call center, customer care, or telemarketing industry.
- Solid communication skills for effective handling of domestic voice calls.
- Ability to work on inbound calls as well as make outbound calls for telesales purposes.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
