- Fortinet Firewall
- F5 Load Balancer

Good to Have:

- SD-WAN
- HSM
- NSX-T

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide timely resolutions for network and application-related incidents.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams as per standard procedures.
- Ensure SLA adherence while delivering high-quality customer support.




- Work in a rapid-paced 24x7 operational environment.
