We are looking for a agile and experienced Project Development Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of plotted development projects. The role involves land evaluation, approvals, planning, and on-ground execution to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate land parcels for plotted development
- Handle due diligence (legal, technical, and financial feasibility)
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and consultants for layout planning
- Manage approvals and permissions from local authorities
- Oversee site development activities (roads, drainage, EB, water, amenities)
- Ensure project execution as per approved layout and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth execution




- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and quality standards
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams for project launches
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirement

Job Requirements :

- 10-20 years of experience in real estate industry with expertise in project development, execution, or management.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and zoning laws related to land use and development.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring properties or managing complex projects from start to finish.
