Position: Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and SLA commitments.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare MIS reports, account performance reports, and client presentations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
38 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Facility Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in IFM, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Corporate Services is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
