Role & responsibilities :
- Building and execution of talent acquisition strategy, hiring quality & attrition trends
- Lead zone-level HR strategy aligned to business goals
- Guide & mentor Regional HR teams
- Drive HR governance, compliance & audit readiness
- Ensure performance management & culture alignment
- Act as escalation authority for critical Employee relations matters
- Enable data-driven HR decisions through analytics
Ideal Profile:
- 15+ years in HR/ Team leaders in Sales with multi-location leadership exposure
- Robust in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, governance & stakeholder management
- Experience in leading HR teams at large scale
