We are seeking a UiPath Automation Developer with 5+ years of hands on RPA experience who is equally strong in building enterprise-grade automations and in presenting them. You will design and deliver end-to end UiPath solutions, build compelling demos and proofs of concept (POCs) for prospects, present confidently to business and technical stakeholders, and train and mentor internal resources to build our automation team. This is a leadership-track role with a clear growth path to UiPath Solution Architect and Automation Practice Lead.

Role & responsibilities

Solution Development & Delivery

- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots (attended/unattended), and REFramework.
- Analyze client business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into PDD, SDD, and technical design documents.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems via APIs, databases (SQL), Excel/email automation, web and desktop applications, and UiPath Integration Service.
- Apply intelligent automation capabilities Document Understanding (OCR/IDP), AI Center, and agentic automation features where they add client value.
- Ensure solutions follow UiPath best practices: exception handling, logging, queue design, credential management, scalability, and code review standards.
- Own production support, bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed automations.

Pre-Sales, Demos & Client Engagement

- Build rapid POCs and demo automations tailored to prospect use cases across industries.
- Deliver polished presentations and live demos to client business leaders and technical teams.
- Explaining solution architecture, ROI,



effort, and timelines in transparent, non-technical language where needed.
- Support proposal creation: solution approach, effort estimation, licensing guidance, and architecture diagrams.
- Act as the trusted automation advisor during discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients in India, Singapore, and the US.

Training, Mentoring & Team Building

- Design and deliver structured internal training programs to upskill developers on UiPath (Academy learning plans, hands-on labs, certification preparation).
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair development, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Help hire, onboard, and grow an RPA delivery team; define coding standards, reusable component libraries, and delivery templates for the practice.

Growth Path Solution Architect

- Progressively take ownership of solution architecture: multi-bot orchestration design, infrastructure and licensing decisions, governance, security, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
- Work toward the UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certification with company support, and step into the Solution Architect role as the practice scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath as the primary platform,



including at least 23 end-to-end enterprise implementations taken to production.
- Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, schedules), REFramework, and attended/unattended robot deployment models.
- Strong programming foundation in VB.NET or C#, plus working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
- Experience with selectors, UI automation of web/desktop/Citrix applications, Excel and email automation, and exception/error-handling design.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver client demos and presentations excellent verbal and written communication in English (a must for Singapore/US clients).
- Experience training or mentoring developers, with the patience and structure to build capability in others.
- Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile delivery, and RPA documentation standards (PDD, SDD, test plans, runbooks).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Preferred candidate profile

- UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional (or Automation Developer Associate) under the current role-based certification program. Note: legacy UiRPA/UiARD certifications are valid only until October 2026; current-program certification is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, Apps, Insights, or agentic automation.
- Experience with other automation ecosystems (Power Automate, n8n, Automation Anywhere) and API-first integration projects.
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or pre-sales role, or in setting up an RPA CoE.
- Experience estimating effort and licensing for UiPath deployments.
