About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled ITOM platform specialist with deep expertise in Integrated Resource Management (IRM) and custom application development. You'll architect and deliver sophisticated ITOM solutions, specializing in IRM implementations, custom app development, and enterprise integrations that drive operational excellence across our customer base.

Core Responsibilities

ITOM & IRM Development

- Design and implement enterprise ITOM platforms with focus on IRM modules and resource optimization
- Build sophisticated IRM configurations for asset discovery, topology management, and resource visualization
- Develop floor plan designs and visualizations within the IRM framework
- Create dashboards and monitoring solutions for IT operations visibility

Custom Application Development

- Develop custom applications on the ITOM platform using native development frameworks
- Build business logic, workflows, and automation rules tailored to complex customer requirements
- Design and code REST/SOAP-based integrations with third-party systems
- Implement WSD (Web Service Definitions) for seamless system-to-system communication

Integration & Service Catalog

- Lead customer mapping integration initiatives, ensuring accurate data synchronization
- Design and implement UI Builder solutions for intuitive customer-facing interfaces
- Manage and optimize service catalogs with focus on enterprise governance
- Execute multi-system integration projects with minimal business disruption





Technical Leadership

- Mentor junior developers on ITOM platform best practices and coding standards
- Provide architectural guidance for complex implementations
- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge repositories
- Lead code reviews and ensure quality standards

Required Experience

- 4+ years with ITOM platforms (ServiceNow IT Operations, BMC Helix Operations, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of hands-on custom application development on ITOM platforms
- Advanced expertise in IRM module configuration and implementation
- Robust proficiency in platform-native development languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience with REST/SOAP integrations and WSD implementation
- Solid understanding of service catalog architecture and management
- Experience with UI Builder for form and dashboard design
- Knowledge of customer mapping, relationship integration, and data synchronization
- Proficiency in SQL, database design, and query optimization
