Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in EPC, Metro Rail, Railway Electrification, or Electrical Infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost control, billing, contract administration, progress claims, and commercial support for High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrification projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, BOM, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and commercial conditions.
- Support tender bidding and commercial submissions
- Monitor project costs, budget utilization, and expenses.
- Prepare RA Bills, Progress Claims, and Variation Claims.




- Verify subcontractor bills and quantity measurements.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Site Teams.
- Maintain contract records, claims, and commercial documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in EPC / Metro Rail / Electrical Infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of HV/MV systems, substations, cabling, switchgear, and transformers.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, Cost Estimation, Billing, Contracts, and Claims
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and commercial reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills
