About the Role

- We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to lead complex global development programs.
- The ideal candidate will actively code, guide the team through Agile processes, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and shape product strategy.
- Lead end-to-end development — design, code, test, and deploy features using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Drive Agile best practices (KANBAN, CI/CD, TDD, BDD)



and continuous improvement across the team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, QA, and DevOps.
- Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support onboarding and mentorship of new developers.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Java Development (Java, Spring Boot, React).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (KANBAN, Scrum) and tools like Jira and GitHub.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Jenkins/Tekton, Nexus.
- Solid understanding of APIs, Test Automation, and Software Craftsmanship principles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with BigQuery and cloud-native analytics.
- Knowledge of Project Management in Agile environments
