Job Responsibilities:

- Providing maintenance services for products, either in-house or at customer locations. Installing
- and setting up products at customer sites, when necessary.
- Assisting customers with technical support at site or online, answering queries related to product assembly and operation.
- Overseeing and participating in the assembly of products, ensuring they meet design
- specifications. Conducting tests and quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Offering training or to customers or internal staff on DMN-WESTINGHOUE products.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation for assembly processes and services specifically signed Minutes of Meeting at site.
- Analysing assembly and service processes for potential improvements.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant safety standards and regulations during the assembly and service processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HQs, clients, suppliers, team members etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Should have a very good knowledge on pneumatic conveying product, system,



or solutions.
- Should have worked in Service role for at least 3+ years.
- Knowledge of detailed engineering with respect to components and systems and appropriate tools
- such as 2D, 3D drawings etc. will be an added advantage.
- Ability to critically analyse and arrive at root causes for gaps in equipment performance.
- At least 3+ years of experience of working with international product/technology-based organizations.
- Experience in running an assembly/production operation for solid bulk handling industry is highly valued.
- Experience in planning, analysis, monitoring and review, decision making, team management, presentation skills, culture building etc.
- Valuable interpersonal skills at various levels including overseas stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and corporate governance.
- Willing to travel minimum 70% of the time within/outside India.
