Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage site engineering activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.

- Oversee civil construction work in office to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize resource utilization.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations during all phases of construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in building construction or related field (civil engineering).

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural design, materials science, and project management.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
