Job Title: IBM Sterling ITX Integration Developer (WebSphere)

Locations: Bengaluru/Chennai/Hyderabad/Indore (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling ITX Integration Developer with strong expertise in IBM WebSphere technologies to develop, maintain, and support enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), EDI integrations, APIs, messaging technologies, and enterprise middleware.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM Sterling ITX integration solutions.
- Develop and enhance ITX Maps, Type Trees, Functional Maps, and Launchers.
- Deploy and support applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Integrate enterprise applications using IBM Sterling ITX, WebSphere, IBM MQ, REST/SOAP Web Services, and FTP/SFTP.
- Develop data transformation solutions for XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files, EDI, and SAP IDoc formats.
- Work with EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize WebSphere-hosted integration applications.
- Perform production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts,



architects, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- 49 years of experience in IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX).
- Strong experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) administration and application deployment.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI).
- Robust knowledge of IBM WebSphere technologies and enterprise middleware.
- Expertise in developing ITX Maps, Type Trees, Functional Maps, and Launchers.
- Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Experience with XML, JSON, CSV, Flat Files, and SAP IDoc transformations.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
- Knowledge of IBM Sterling File Gateway.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- IBM Sterling ITX and IBM WebSphere certifications are preferred (but not mandatory)
