- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
- Operating Systems Windows 8+ years hands on administration of Windows OS environments and/or VMware 4+ years hands on administration of VMware environments and/or Linux 4+ years hands on administration with RHEL or other Linux environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to include resources, priorities, and timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented team player who will work towards meeting team commitments
- Experience with system configuration automation (Scripting with Pearl/Python/Bash or DevOps tools like Chef/Puppet)




- Ability to mentor technical operations staff in appropriate technologies, as needed
- Understanding of the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspective is a plus
- Professional ITIL Foundations Certified is a plus
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified IT Professional MCITP / Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) / Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) / Microsoft
- Certified Professional (MCP) / VMware Certified Skilled – VCP / Red Hat Certified Engineer
- Experience with DevOps and Agile frameworks is a plus
