Profile Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad HQ( AP & Telangana) markets, including urban and rural trade. Same as for Chennai HQ- TN State.

2. Willingness to travel extensively to identify, appoint, and establish new Super Stockists across the region.

3. Minimum working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical skills for town mapping, chance assessment, and rural market expansion.

4. Experience in appointing and developing Rural Sub-Stockists under Super Stockists at the district level.

5. Closely coordinate with RGMs, AGMs, and RGOs to drive rural business growth and improve distribution reach.

6. Identify and cover uncovered towns with a population of 10,000+ by appointing Sub-Stockists and strengthening distribution.

7. Prepare, implement, and monitor Rural GO journey plans (PJPs) to ensure effective market coverage and execution.

8. Regularly review primary and secondary sales performance, distribution expansion, and outlet coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Super Stockist and Rural Sub-Stockist expansion across assigned territories.





- Increase numeric distribution and rural outlet coverage.

- Identify white-space opportunities and prepare district-wise expansion plans.

- Monitor Super Stockist performance, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure timely onboarding and activation of newly appointed Super Stockists and Sub-Stockists.

- Track KPIs such as distribution reach, outlet addition, sales growth, and market penetration.

- Submit regular updates and reports, market analysis, and progress updates to the Regional GTM.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of rural business initiatives.

- Support new product launches, SKU/range sales increase in rural markets.
