Job Title: HR Head Manufacturing

Location: Chennai (R.K. Salai) | Factory: Gummidipoondi
Reporting To: CEO / MD

Job Summary

A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced HR Head to lead strategic HR initiatives, talent management, employee engagement, industrial relations, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. The role will focus on driving HR strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling business growth across corporate and manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage compensation, HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
- Handle industrial relations, labour laws, employee relations, and factory HR operations.
- Drive organizational development, culture building, HR transformation, and digital HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Masters Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration,



or related discipline.
- Relevant HR, Organizational Development, Six Sigma, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven exposure to strategic HR leadership roles.
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and HR Operations.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Manufacturing HR preferred.
- Exposure to Technology, SaaS, Manufacturing, Digital Services, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Proven success in leading HR transformation, organizational growth, and culture-building initiatives.

Skills Required

- Robust strategic thinking and business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and factory HR operations.

Job Requirements

- Corporate Office: R.K. Salai, Chennai
- Weekly factory visit to Gummidipoondi required.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
