NOTE

3 Months to 9 months (Experience in any customer support can apply )salary 21k t0 24 k per month based on experience)(Salary not Negotiable)

1 yr & above ( Experience in any customer support only can apply
Salary Rs 26k take home per month(Salary Not Negotiable ) plus 2800 performance bonus

Requirements:

- Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
- Positive spoken skill in English is required
- Should be an immediate joiner
- Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)




- Fixed Week offs on Saturday and Sunday (But should be flexible for rotational as well)

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
- Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
- Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
