Job Summary:
ResolveCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 164 freshers for a leading MNC Support project in Chennai. We are looking for candidates with positive communication skills who are comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the products as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements:
- Education: Fresher (Any Graduate/Undergraduate).
- Language: Fluent in Tamil (Read, Write, and Speak) is mandatory. Basic English skills are required.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work in shifts.
Shift Timings:
- Shift 1: 06:00 AM 02:00 PM
- Shift 2: 02:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months.
- Salary: 8,000 – 10,000 per month.
