Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. The candidate will coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of project team members.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, service, and installation teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and records.
- Conduct project review meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure timely project completion within the approved budget.
- Resolve issues and escalate critical matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25+ years of experience in project management (experience in engineering, automation, electrical, fabrication, or industrial projects is preferred).
