- Lead NPD team from quote and order finalisation to PPAP. Establish stamping process and weld process for sheet metal assemblies. Estimate part and tool costs and finalise with customer. Manage design team to create cost effective press tools and weld fixtures. Manage die manufacture and tryout to complete PPAP.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years experience in tool design, weld fixture design and NPD management or similar roles.
- Diploma / B Tech / BE in mechanical engineering or related field with solid background in stamping die design, weld fixture design, sheet metal fabrication & NPD.
