Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution and work closely with SDE I & SDE II engineers to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Own and drive the team's technical architecture, system design, and engineering direction.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (L6 SDEs, SDMs) to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Review code, design documents, and technical artifacts to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and operational excellence across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to improve development efficiency and productivity.
- Mandatory Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services
- Experience in System Design, Code Reviews, and Distributed Systems
- Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and influencing technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
