Role Expectations:
- Lead productivity improvement initiatives, process optimization, and overall engineering development
- Implement productive manufacturing methods including SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), fixture development, and cycle time reduction
- Drive defect reduction through root cause analysis and systematic process improvements
- Manage production trials, new model setups, and ensure process stabilization
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Control (QC), and PPC teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production flow
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Welding knowledge and heavy fabrication experience required
