Job Description Business Strategy & Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our Business Strategy & Marketing team. The role involves driving business growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen ANAROCK's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Coordinate project launches, branding activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare business presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, Design, and Leadership teams for seamless execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Track industry trends,



customer preferences, and government policies impacting the real estate sector.
- Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and leadership reviews.
- Drive brand visibility through online and offline marketing activities.
- Ensure timely execution of business and marketing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 38 years of experience in Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, or Consulting.
- Experience in Real Estate, Property Consulting, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and business reporting.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, and Campaign Management will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment with a result-oriented mindset.
