Required Skills & Experience

- 10-12+ years in MDM, with 5+ years on Reltio
- Solid experience with life sciences / pharma data platforms
- Deep knowledge of:

1. Reltio L3 configuration
2. Match rules (deterministic & probabilistic)
3. Survivorship & DCR workflows

- .Hands-on experience with AWS + Snowflake architecture
- Strong understanding of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR
- Experience leading global, regulated programs

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise-level Reltio MDM architecture aligned with Roche's
- "North Star" strategy.
- Design and govern Core vs Regional (US, RoW, China) tenant strategy.
- Own global data model design (HCP, HCO, Sites, Investigators, Products).
- Lead architecture for:

1.



Match/Merge and Survivorship strategies
2. Reference Data Management (RDM)
3. Search Before Create (SBC) and UCI (GUPRI) integration

- Design inbound and outbound data architectures using:

1. AWS (Glue, Lambda, SQS, Step Functions, S3)
2. Snowflake (staging, outbound publish schema)

- Define CI/CD architecture using GitLab + Terraform.
- Ensure GxP validation readiness, ERES compliance, and auditability.
- . Work closely with Security, Privacy, and Validation teams on SRA controls.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical documents, and PoCs.
