Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current employees.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Leadership Hiring, IT Recruitment).

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
