Work Experience

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering, PCB design, or electronics test engineering.
- Proficiency in PCB schematic capture and layout using EDA tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or Eagle).
- Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Experience with power measurement techniques current sensing, power profiling, and battery drain analysis.
- Understanding of analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with common interfaces and protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, USB, GPIO.
- Ability to read and interpret component datasheets, reference designs, and hardware schematics.
- Solid attention to detail and systematic approach to lab work and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with consumer electronics, wearables,



or IoT hardware design.
- Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Test) principles.
- Familiarity with Python or LabVIEW for automated measurement and data acquisition.
- Experience with power management ICs (PMICs), voltage regulators, and battery charging circuits.
- Knowledge of signal integrity concepts (impedance matching, EMI/EMC, grounding practices).
- Exposure to thermal analysis or thermal measurement of electronic systems.
- Experience with 3D mechanical CAD tools for enclosure or fixture design.
- Familiarity with BLE, Wi-Fi, or RF measurement techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
