Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program management from business award to Start of Production (SOP).
- Manage customer relationships, commercial discussions, and technical coordination.
- Drive Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), timing, and profitability targets.
- Monitor program plans, budgets, risks, and business performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, PMS, and automotive program management processes.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues while ensuring successful program launch and production ramp-up.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of Program Management experience in Automotive Tier-1 MNCs.




- Experience managing complete product development programs from award to SOP.
- Background in Exhaust Systems, Powertrain, Engine Components, Thermal Systems, or Automotive Metal Products preferred.
- 2-Wheeler automotive experience is an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of APQP, PPAP, NPI/NPD, Program Launch, and Automotive Quality Systems.
- Proven experience in customer management, commercial negotiations, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred.
