We are seeking a highly motivated CA Fresher with exposure to Record-to-Report (RTR) and Auditing processes. The candidate will support end-to-end financial reporting, general accounting activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Working knowledge of RTR processes (GL, closing, reconciliation)
- Exposure to audit procedures and documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- CA Fresher (First attempt / Rank holders added advantage)
- Articleship experience in Audit and Accounting
- Basic understanding of financial reporting standards
