Role & Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and story refinement sessions.
- Create business process flows, functional specifications, BRDs, and FSDs.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners to deliver business solutions.
- Drive UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-offs.
- Demonstrate completed functionalities to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams while ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and communicate them proactively.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support Lead-to-Cash processes including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and Quote-to-Cash functions.
- Ensure successful delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 510 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.




- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), or Quote-to-Cash/Order Management.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, user story creation, and functional documentation.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently drive client discussions and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in enterprise Salesforce implementation projects.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or related Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Exposure to Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities is desirable.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools is preferred.
- Experience in subscription-based or SaaS business models is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a client-facing role from 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST.
