- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 months internship to 1 year experience in HR Recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Exposure in canva ,Video editing and AI tools
